When I first met Alana 12 years ago I knew right away that I wanted to work for her. At the time, I  working as a receptionist at a car dealership and she was opening a position for a junior service advisor. I jumped at the opportunity to work with her and I never regretted it for a moment. Alana has been the reason I succeeded as a service advisor for 11 years! She is an amazing mentor and teacher and I strongly recommend her to get you to be a top advisor where ever you go! She knows more than some of the technicians I’ve worked with! Later down the road, I had the opportunity to work with her again but this time as a fellow advisor, and the amount I learned just listening to her deal with customers was something I have never gotten working alongside any other advisor I’ve worked with!
